Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager

Showtown are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Development team. This exciting role will lead our income generation strategy and develop intriguing, fun and entertaining marketing materials to engage both funders and audiences.

Showtown's Marketing Manager will...

Create compelling marketing campaigns that excite, draw attention and generate audiences and income to our Trust.

Maximise commercial sales income and activity for Showtown through the sale of tickets, promoting Showtown events and corporate hire, and supporting our retail strategy as set out in the Showtown Business Plan and Audience Development Plan.

Provide high quality, relevant and desirable marketing materials to promote Showtown to audiences across the UK with high impact in resort.

As part of the Development and Marketing team you will work with colleagues to fulfill our earned income and raised funds targets.

Your initial focus will be on maximizing the impact of Showtown in its first 18 months of opening.

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 pa depending on experience

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week (part time may be available).

Location: Blackpool Heritage & Museum Trust Offices, across Blackpool with optional home working up to 2 days per week for a full-time candidate.

Reporting to: Head of Development & Marketing
