Take a free tour of Blackpool Town Hall and discover more about the history of the building.
The importance of the coming of the railways to the growth of Blackpool as a seaside resort will be emphasised as part of this year’s national Heritage Open Days theme.
The highlight of the tour will be the impressive Council Chamber with its many points of interest, such as the Wragg Window, history wall paintings and the four windows representing the activities for which Blackpool was known.
Organised by Blackpool Civic Trust.
